Barcelo Old Town Praha Hotel
We redeemed 54,537 Merrill Lynch Rewards points that my girlfriend had accumulated unknowingly for several years to book four nights in this room. That points currency works on a 1 point = 1 cent basis so we were essentially paying $545.37 for this hotel, which was a good deal considering the amazing location right next to Old Town Square and ten minute walk to the St. Charles Bridge. Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne and a cheese platter by the very friendly staff. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable, though the layout of the room was a bit odd with the bathroom being simply tucked behind the main bedroom, but all in all, it was a nice room.
